Dr. Piyush Kapur is one of the leading Ophthalmologists known for his excellent Phacoemulsification and Refractive surgeries. He is a high volume Surgeon doing approx. 5000- 6000 surgeries in a year which includes Toric IOL's, Multifocal IOL's, ICL/IPCL, LASIK, PRK's, etc. as part of his Refractive and Cataract practise. Dr Piyush Kapur has done his fellow ship in Paediatric Ophthalmology. He has a vast experience in management of squint which includes Peadiatric and Adult Squints. He is well recognised for his experience in the field of Cataract, Refractive Surgeries, Squint, Glaucoma and Neuroophthalmology.
He worked as Consultant in the Department of Ophthalmology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi from December 2005 to 2009.
Currently, Dr. Kapoor is chairman and managing director of “The Healing Touch super speciality eye center” which is located in JanakPuri & Vikaspuri, New Delhi since 2006. The centresare well equipped with all ultra modern machines and facilities for eye examination and related procedures. Center is empanelled with more than 25 PSU’s and all other TPA’s / Insurance companies.
He has been an invited faculty by various international organizations like AMO, ALCON, ALLERGAN, SUN PHARMA, at national and international conferences from 2002 till date.
